Talenti ‘Raise the Jar’
Unilever engaged Mekanism to handle the creative launch of their new product: Pairings. Sandwiching two delicious flavors together, the campaign ‘Raise the Jar’ was an exuberant and gorgeously styled dive into gelato at it’s most textured and tactile. The campaign featured a rigorous bidding process that incorporated toeing the line of Unilever’s many guidelines, preferred suppliers and regulations, while putting out the best creative output possible.
The Kaplans—a husband and wife photography duo—were awarded the business, and shooting commenced fully remotely in their studio in Connecticut. The shoot hinged on a well timed shot list, as the melting gelato and ingredients posed significant risks to the budget. Once shot, Mekanism oversaw post production of product assets, as well as final video animations for release on Talenti owned digital channels. The final deliverables numbered in the low hundreds, spanning across multiple executions, messages and CTA for testing and segmentation purposes.
The campaign was a resounding success and resulted in further work awarded to Mekanism within short order.
